The flat we rented was clean, well-equipped, and situated in a fabulous location. the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the clever use of space made the flat feel cozy yet spacious. Although we couldn't find a garden belonging to the flat, the picturesque surroundings more than made up for it. the peaceful sounds of birds and the nearby river added to the charm of the location. With easy access to various attractions in Edinburgh, we were able to explore the city with ease. The flat itself had all the necessary amenities, including a TV with cable/Netflix, a small but functional kitchen, and good WIFI. the only downside was a minor issue with the bathroom lighting, which was quickly resolved by contacting the host. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience and we would definitely consider returning in the future. the value for money was reasonable, considering the prime location and comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Edinburgh.
